You can create folders, not shortcuts, for Control Panel, Printers, and Dial up Networking on your Desktop, or even directly on your Start menu. This is faster than using a shortcut since it itself is not a shortcut but the real thing. To do this:
* From the Desktop or another place, right-click your mouse.
* Select New and click Folder.
* Now, rename the folder (you can simply copy and paste)
